How to not get as tired running/get into shape?

How can I get in shape for soccer fast like one day !?

  • How can I get in soccer shape in one day/track? I need help I'm out of shape bad I wanna play soccer for my school but I'm out of shape I'm a sophomore and I live in Texas I made a bad deception by wearing all black to practice could that have been why I was slow and tired fast I was burning up it was 110 degrees when we where running and after wards coach said if you can't keep up he was gonna kick us out We ran three laps about 70% hard run the rest jog I ran the first one but I was tired after and felt dizzy and the coach said It was fine but I looked bad is running really mentally or no? If so how can I use the mentally thing and I'm thinking of running in a little is that okay after I ran earlier ? Thanks I know drink alot of water

dont drink a lot of water while running! only afterwards. ull cramp up. dont wear black. shorts and tanks deff in texas! breath in thru ur nose and out ur mouth while running and dont think about the steps ur making. think about what your going to go home and do or ur plans for the weekend. it'll be done b4 u know it. Also listen to ur ipod if ur coach lets u. ours let us and running with music is sooooo much better. the first times u run u will feel like crap. its common sense.
