How can I stop eating so much? Im 14?

Im 14 5'8 165 pounds I recently did p90x and lost 30 pounds. Recently however I have been extremely hungry. When I eat alot I gain like 3 pounds though I eat vitamin pills everyday and I am very active but I keep eating alottt. How can I stop?

Eat more whole grains with your meal, they keep you fuller for a long time. Avoid emtpy carbs that just make you hungier. Also try eating soup or a small salad before your main meal, that'll make you less hungry to eat the heavier things. Also, don't go too long between eating so you're not extremely hungry at certain points during the day and therefore eating too much at one meal.

There are some great self hypnosis tapes available that could help you with healthy eating. Just listen to the tapes when you go to sleep. Really, they work!
dude just have small meals throughtout the day like instead of 3 meals a day go for 9 meals a day
What I did was just eat a little less calories a day (about 100~200) until I got to 1000 calories. Good luck!
Keep working out with p90x since its working eat smaller amounts but at the same time eat more times a day than usual- eating a lot speeds up your metabolism especially since you're very active talk to your doctor don't do a lot of calories because, when you work and you burn off all the calories you eaten that day you start to lose weight last but no least you're mind has to be focused on it
you probably aren't even hungry. Unless your stomach is growling you are not hungry. You are probably just bored and have nothing else to do at home.
My mom told me to eat less my whole life. DON'T DO IT! You are a growing girl, you need lots of food. Just the right food. For instance, the other day my friends and I went to taco bell. They all had one taco believing they were being healthy while I had 3 hard shell fresco taco's. There is about as many calories in 3 of those as there are in one bacon club chalupa thingy. So eat what you want, just be healthy. For the first week it's tough, but then you get into it. Just eat things you like. You'll be fine.
