What is a good diet plan for a 14 year old girl?

    Lots of salads and grill your food dont fry, eat chicken with lots of vegies. Try to keep away from fizzy drinks. Good brown bread is good too. Instead of eating rice with curry or things I tend to eat curry with 2 slices of bread.

Playing soccer is definitely going to help out because it's like doing cardio and having fun at the same time. You're still at the growing stage, so you shouldn't worry too much about losing a lot of weight.
