I'm on diet but i'm carving for subway :P So, i need help on choosing my subway (wisely)! -Which is a healthier option? Teriyaki Chicken or Meatball Marinara? -I tend to add ALL the vegetable on my subway, oh right? How many calories would that be if i add ALL veggies? -What sauce should i add?
