Im a teenager who needs to eat healthier and tone up, what things can i do to help me?

Im 15 and recently i have noticed ive put on alot of weight because of the summer holidays :/ I would love to lose weight and eat more healthier, which i am trying but i have no willpower to last me more than 2 days, any suggestions on what i can do? thanks :)

first you should ask your parents to help you by eliminating all fattening or unhealthy foods from what they buy and find a substitute to that food if they Enjoy it like potato chip can be replaces by baked chips instead of fried ones and if your not one to eat much you can visit http://www.amway.ca/en/nutrition-wellness. This can not only help you but it can as well help your entire family. I had this same problem at your age. so it will do the best if you get your parents to make better food buys and to look at some supplements.

i think swimming is a rlly good way to loose weight or ice skating you dont realise youre doing it because you enjoy it:) just try nd not snack much and eat healthy dinners or maybe join the local gym:D
