My 30 Day Challenge is; no scale, no sweets, no fast food & no binge eating for 30 days. I will also be doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred & leg lifts everyday. I'm 136 right now and I want to weight 120-125 and have a FLAT stomach. Will I get what I want?
