How to increase chest size / chest size workouts ?

I've been on a workout regimen for about 7 months, and it's shown dramatic results. However, I'm dissapointed in the size of my pectoral muscles. I'm a 17 year old male, and complete full body workouts on a weekly basis. What can I do to increase the size of my chest muscles so that they are in proportion to my body? I am 5'10, 150 pounds, and I max out benching 215 lbs to my chest. The muscle is there, but the size is not. Any help???? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Work your chest once a week, 3 set of 8 reps, every rep should take u 7 seconds, 3 seconds down, pause 1 sec, 3 sec up.
