How to make a healthy breakfast shake?

How can i make a high protein postworkout/breakfast shake witout whey protein powder.??plz help??

    You can substitute skim milk powder for whey protein. Glen Cardwell (a lecturer in sports nutrition at Curtin Uni) says commercial protein powders are not necessary (and expensive) and that you can make your own by combingin 1kg skim milk powder, mixed with 7 tablespoons sugar and 7 tablespoons flavour (like strawberry quick or another milk flavour). You mix the whole lot up and then use 4 tablespoons of the homemade powder to 200mls water. OR you can just add 4 tablespoons skim milk powder to your smoothie. it is whey protein without all the stuff added and it costs virtually nothing compared with the commercial brands. Just have a look on the side of the pack for how much protein there is per tablespoon.. You don't really need the eggs in that case.
