How to lose weight fast? Im so confused?

I don't know how much weight i should lose but i think maybe about 30ish pounds if you think different please tell me. pretty simple question. Im a girl, 13 5'3 and 134 pounds. I have about 2.5 months to lose 30ish pounds. Thanks so much. Please don't laugh at me, I already know it is pretty bad. I want to lose it so badly but binge way too much. My mom is also a no diet kind of person. She wont let me do any diet that will cut out foods or anything like that. You are quite tall for your age and I think you are within the average weight for females who are 5'3. I would start with trying to avoid eating treats, chocolates, fizzy drinks etc. It makes a difference. Drink a glass or two of water or juice (as long as it's not something like coke or sprite, or any fizzy drink) before eating your dinner and when you are eating your dinner take your time, wait till you have swallowed the food in your mouth before lifting up the fork/spoon to get another bit of food from the plate. You will feel fuller in a shorter amount of time if you do this. Try to walk for at least 30-40 mins everyday or 40 minutes every 2nd day. If you do not have enough free time try taking short strolls everyday (like 5-10 minutes), It all adds up at the end of week. Mostly you have to watch what you eat, I cut off a lot of that bad fatty food and sweet treats and lost over a stone in a week (without excersize), now I am trying to fit in a walk everyday.

Okay well DONT stop eating. That makes you put all the weight back on and MORE as soon as you start eating (which you WILL). The reason for this is 'cause you're poor body thinks there must be a famine happening so as soon as you eat absolutely anything its like ... 'gotta store this up as fat so I can keep going'. So what you should do is eat three square meals without second helpings, don't snack (except for a fruit or veggie .. think carrot and apple sticks) and exercise ... ALOT. Exercise sure looks like a scary word but it can be anything from dancing to taking the long route to school to walking your dog. You should have one day where you can cheat and have McDees or a slice of chocolate cake or pizza. Google 'healthy recipes' with your mum and you can find loads of different, healthy ways to cook all your 'cheat' foods ... for example making yummy grilled burgers out of lean meat and eating them with a wholemeal bun is good for you but at the same time yummy :). Freeze fat-free fruit yogurt for sorbets that can replace ice cream. Have fun :)
