What foods should I try while in Turkey?

Do these foods sound good to eat when trying to lose weight?

  • I'm 17, 5'3, 130 pounds. I would like to lose ten pounds. I have a gut,and I'm trying to lose it. I'm going to the gym 4-5 times a week. I want to tone my tummy. The only thing I have trouble with is figuring out what foods are best. So I did my research of what foods are best to eat when on a diet. Then I put them all together and thought of meals I can start making out of them. So do these meals sound healthy? baked chicken with brown rice.(for lunch or dinner) salad with fruits and low fat dressing.(for lunch or dinner) Lean meat with some type of vegtables to go with it.(for lunch or dinner) Turkey breast on whole weat bread with nothing on it.(for lunch or dinner) Low-fat yogurt.(for snack) Fruits.(for snack) Nuts(for snack) Plain oatmeal(for breakfast) Egg whites(for breakfast) Some type of fiber breakfast bar (for breakfast) Are those good ideas?would I lose weight eating like that plus exercize 4-5 times a week? Also, what are some good and healthy smootie ideas I could try?

  • Answer:

everything there is good, if i had to choose one meat would be the worst thing as it has a lot of fat, reduce it if you can but dont cut it out completly as it has very important nutrients, for the omlette only use egg whites to be extra healthy, the yolk is like 70-80% fat, as for the smoothie, any fresh, preferibly organic fruit/veg can go in it, just dont add anything artificial.
