How to eat and feel good after?

  • I'm 19 and I'm 123 pounds. I'm happy with my weight, but I would love to at least lose a couple pounds. I feel like I've been gaining weight lately because I've been eating more. It's finals week and I've been feeling a little stressed, so I feel like I've been eating more. I haven't gained any weight from the last time I weighed myself, but I just don't feel good because I've been eating crap food. I've been trying to stop eating crap food (chips, etc.) My question is what should I eat, so I feel good and what exercises do you recommend? I go to the gym sometimes, but since this week is finals week, I'm off of school for the next two weeks. I decided I should go to the gym more often. I just want to feel good about myself.

    I eat alotta fruits.. dried fruits as snacks.. raisins.. raisin bread.. I don't eat much but I keep my shape.. for excersize I love kickboxing.. makes you sweat your *ss off n its fun n you feel good after.. I'm 5'6" n weigh 123lbs but Im 28 so I dunno if that makes a difference but what I do seriously works.
