How many push ups and sit ups do I need to do?

    :) A lot of people think that doing a lot makes it go by faster and you get better results. Go in sets, and don't do everything all at once... Do 3 sets of 15-20 push ups. And 3 sats of 15-20 sit ups. But interchange them. So push ups and then sit ups. :) You get a good number in but you don't wanna go and just do them all. Sets are good. And small hand weights help with sit ups for an extra mile. :)

If you are trying to 'bulk up', there's nothing wrong with that, but have protein shortly after the workout; it'll make it much more effective.

You may not want to do them every single day cause your body needs to rest. However I would go for 150-200 of each per day but spread them out through the day and then rest the next day. Or maybe only do 50-100 the next day. You'll probably start to see results in a month or so
