How to lose weight in a healthy way?

okay.. so my birthday is april 25th.. im 125 pounds. and i wanna be 100-110.. im 4'11 so like 96-105 is a healthy weight for me. so i guess what im saying is i wanna be as close to 100 pounds as i can be in that short of time. so any exercises, or diet plans that WORK would help a lot.. dont say that im over weight, i know this, but please dont say it, im a recovering anorexic and i dont wanna go back down that road

I'm dieting too, and basically I just exercise regularly (for any amount of time- it adds up! ) And I count calories. Don't starve yourself here, or your bdoy will hold on to it's fat more, and then when you get back to your normal eating habits, your body will store more fat in preparation for further starvation. I just eat lots of low-calorie snacks and meals, such as celery, carrots or apples, and try to drink skim milk and water. Also, when you go grocery shopping, compare calories and grams of fat, sugars and salts between packaged products Hope this helps :)

A food diary gives a clear picture of your current eating habits so you can identify the changes you need to make to lose weight. 10 Be motivated.You need to believe in yourself!. Well was a high school wrestler and i was taught ways to maintain a healthy weight while gradually gaining some muscle without any extreme diets. What you should do is work on less foods that contain alot of grease but don't change your diet too much because your body won't work if its missing what its used to absorbing. Second step is to try jogging, its the best source of exercise there is, it keeps your body digestive system moving so any fat you take in will move easier through your body and it uses almost every muscle in your body. If you wanna gain some more muscle in your arms then you can bring 5-10 pound weights with you and do it for about 20 min's once a day. Key advise if your into music get something that bumps you up and just listen while your jog. Ive ran twice as long keeping my mind focused what i need to do without anguish. Last but not least because i know this is kinda long...confidence is key. Good Luck!
you're not overweight. :) I would suggest doing plenty of running, sit ups, etc. (basic exercises) and eating healthy. thats the only way to lose weight healthily. Good luck :)
