If you are done growing then you won't be able to get your body to grow any further. However, if you have reached your adult height, some people have alot of luck with the exercise regimen Pilates in increasing their height. If you are NOT done growing, however, you may or may not be able to do much to influence what genetics decides is your adult height. BUT eating a very healthy overall diet is the best choice. Studies are showing (and people can see it too) that parents who come from poor areas where nutrition isn't very good, when they have children in countries where general nutrition is better, the children will grow taller than their parents. Stay away from junk food. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, so that you can ensure you get plenty of the vitamins and minerals your body needs, as well as good quality lean protein--fish, lean chicken and meats, eggs, etc.

You can't increase your pre-determined height, although some factors can stunt growth (as has been mentioned already). Just writing this to re-iterate actually. Once you've reached skeletal maturity and your growth plates have sealed you will not grow anymore, no matter how much "stretching" or Pilates you do. The only height changes that will occur are as you age...between 60 and 70 you can lose up to 7cm due to vertebral compression and postural slump or osteoporosis.

Body height cannot be increased unless you are a student in high school who is wanting to get taller, you shouldn't lift weights. Wrestling guys usually stop growing once they start to lift. Height comes from the genes.
