Where should we go out to eat In Columbus?

Do you go through weeks where you eat-eat-eat and then diet for a while?

  • I am at a good normal weight (129) and 5ft 4. But I go through periods where I eat like crazy and gain like 9 pounds in a couple of weeks by binging. I don't purge. But I just feel exhilerated and just go through the cabinets and will eat anything I want. Then I will go for a couple months eating really heathy and do 4 miles a day on the treadmill. Is there anyone else out ther who does this or am I the ONLY ONE.

    Of course you're not the only one!!! I do this sometimes too! I'll eat like crazy for a couple of day, and then the next week I'll be counting each little calorie and I'll excercise. I don't think that this is very good for you though. So I try to make up schedules where I have days that I reward myself and I get to eat whatever I want, But then during the rest of the week I excercise and eat healthy. hope this helps : ]]

Well I'm a guy, 5'10 and I'm 128lbs, but I'm only 16 so hopefully I'll fill out a little and gain a little haha. But anyway, yeah some weeks I'll just eat loads, like for example one day I'll have something bad for lunch, then in that day I'll just eat loads whenever I want, even if its something I shouldn't, because I feel like "Well I've already eaten badly today, no point stopping now, I'll start eating healthy tommorow". Know what I mean? Or is that just me being wierd? Haha. Then the next week I'll eat no bad stuff at all, but I stay at 128lbs no matter what I eat.
