How many calories would I burn while doing jumping jacks?

How many calories does 100 jumping jacks burn at high intensity?

  • Okay so i've been searching for the answer everywhere but there's no clear answer. I am 5 foot 4, 112 pounds, and would just like to know how many calories 100 jumping jacks (star jumps) burns. And i do them fast, like 100 in about 2 minutes, so please no one say it depends how fast you go :) :) thank you :)

    About 150 calories max. If you jump for 30 minutes, you will lose around 285.
