Whats a good cardio workout for home?

Im a 23yr old female, 5`5, weigh 222lbs and i cant get to the gym right now. I have been going to the gym for the last 4 weeks and i lost 10lbs but i cant go to the gym for awhile right now but i need to cont. I have to be 30lbs down by november. What would be a good cardio workout plan for home? I only have a 10lb weight and a bike.

Well since you have been going to the gym I assume you are in shape. You can do 10 pushups 10 squats with your weight Mountain climbers for 30 seconds Skipping for 10 minutes 10 pushups Hop on the bike and spin at a fast pace for 1 to 2 minutes Burpees for 30 seconds Jumping Jacks for 1 minute Rest and repeat the circuit 2 more times for a total of 3 times. You can increase the reps or time if you want to increase the intensity.
