What is the best way to lose weight? (don't want to hear "sensible diet and excersize")?

I have been on the atkins diet for 3 years, maintaining my weight. But, the problem is the I am 5'1 and weighing around 145 - 150 and obviously do need to lose weigh. At this point, the Atkins diet just maintains it, but doesn't melt off any more weight. I don't want to hear "sensible diet and excersize". I already don't eat junk food, fast food, packaged food, sugars, etc..I have studied anatomy and know that the body is completely able to consume fat in the wake of a diet. So how bout it? Which diet will take off 30Ibs? Thanks in advance for your answers!

I joined Weight Watchers and I've lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks. That's averaging 2 pounds a week. I still get to eat ice cream and stuff I enjoy. It's about eating smarter, not so much about dieting. But I warn you in advance, it is about eating sensibly and exercising. That is actually the best way to lose weight, whether you like it or not.

many diets are fake and make you believe it works when it doesn't really; don't depend too much on diet and weight loss products. I know you don't really want to hear this, but you really just have to eat healthy, exercise, and be patient.

You might not want to hear "sensible diet and excersize" but thats really it go running or bicycle riding or some cardio of that nature. If you don't like that do coke or meth those people on that junk are usually thin.

Firstly Atkins is a terrible diet because it denies the body of some of the most elementary requirements. Secondly, the only way is to get on your bike and cycle 8 miles per day.

try juicing, buy a jack lalane power jucier and tons of vegies and fruit, drink your food everyday for 2 weeks and see how much weight you lose. its fast and healthy.

first of all I think the Atkins diet is bullsh*t....your body needs carbs...u cant over do it of course just like anything else u eat u should only eat them in moderation...try to get into cooking...it helps YOU control what goes into your food and how its prepared. also when u eat it u'll appreciate it more and not stuff your face (not saying that u do) also try to start walking about a mile a couple nites a week..with a friend..or an ipod :)

then exercise, i eat healthy too, i'm a health nut, i portion my things right and i'm still the same weight as you. but i don't exercise. when i do i lose 5 pounds in a week. fad diets don't work. you lose the weight then gain it back and then some.

Um to loose a little weight you can go run with a couple of sweatshirts to sweat some of it off. And also eat fish, it is healthy and it will help you loose some weight I beleive.

You can't JUST change what you eat... DON'T EAT LESS. Eat more vegetables, less bread/carbs/rice and do some basic exercises every morning like push ups.
