I need help to lose weight - what is the best way to lose weight?

I'm fat and overweight and need to lose weight. What is the best way to lose fat? What exercise can lose fat? Weight overweight fat chubby exercise (hey you humans out there, I'm just trying to flush out some weight loss advertising bots, lets see if they come out....)

First you have to realize that losing weight is in fact 70% diet and 30% exercise. Its simple if you keep this in mind - burn more calories than I consume. You don't have to be rigid or strict. Don't deny yourself the food you love, just eat less of the not so good stuff and more of the nutritious foods.Moderation is the key, as it is to most things in life. In term of exercise, use interval training. This is short, intense bursts of activity. An example is walking, then running, then walking again with no rest in between. It is the only way you will lose weight and , more importantly, keep it off. The beauty of interval training is that you burn fat even when at rest. Some exercises are superman push ups, plank, side planks, twists and a whole lot more, demos of which you can get on YouTube. Whatever exercises you choose, make sure they workout your whole body. Do reps of each exercise without rest,then rest for 60 secs. That's one circuit. Repeat once or twice depending on your level of fitness. That's the other plus of interval training, you get an aerobic workout at the same time. Two things to take note of. Don't do crunches, they won't give you six pack abs, and stay away from conventional cardio training such as the treadmill and the like. You are already getting a cardio workout with interval training and some of the exercises mentioned above work your abs best. For example, with the superman press up pull your belly in tight when doing it and feel the burn in your abs, better than any crunch will ever do! And you work your whole body. Consistency is key with any diet and fitness program. Combine a routine of cardio and weight lifting at least 3 to 4 times a week, cardio for at least 30 minutes and lifting for 45 to 60 minutes, create a calorie deficit in your daily diet, to start off just cutting out 500 calories a day can result in a 1 to 2 pound loss a week. If your not a very active person start off slow then work your way up to doing more. Try to do 2 exercises per muscle with 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps each. The diet is always the hardest part for most people when losing weight, its a struggle but remember cutting only 500 calories from your daily diet is easier then what you think. Keep diet and fitness journal of your progress and this will allow you to physical see with your own eyes what your doing and eating. Take your measurements before you begin and then every couple of weeks to mark your progress. Weighing yourself is good but dont totally depend on the number because although you may find yourself not losing any weight or gaining weight you still can be losing inches. Good luck

Why don't you try decreasing the amount of calories you consume a day by taking note of the amount of calorie present in each food u consume. That will keep u on red alert! Do you eat carbs?

cardio. Go jogging a lot. Start with 30 minutes. Then add on from there. Drink plenty water! Absolutely NO soda and alcohol. Stay clear away from fast food restaurants. Only drink 1 cup of milk and 8 cups of water. (not together :])
drink lots of water to wash out impurities in your system eat lots of fruits and veggies cut out fast food and jukfood walk an hour once a day and excersise this will help take it slow good luck :)
