All WW is is a guide to eating properly. Of course it works, as long as you find what your body needs in terms of exercise and diet and you DO IT. It only works as long as you're willing to make full lifestyle changes.

yes i just read an article about it. its a lot of point counting, but other than that people have said that its easy and you dont have to worry as much about what you eat

Like any other program you'll get out of it what you put into it. I have a friend who joined and lost a few pounds then put it back on then lost, then put it back on... she wasn't putting in the effort to properly follow the program. I have another friend who had great success with it though.

Yes it does. Any diet will work if you follow it. Losing weight is simply taking in less calories than you use up every day. Weight Watchers provides camaraderie and since you get weighed at the meetings there is that little element of being accountable.

If you do it properly and stick to it, it does work. Its what my Dr recommends to any one. My mom has done it and my co-worker is doing it right now. My co-worker is down 25 lbs (I dont know how long). It will take everyone a different time frame to reach their goal as everyone is different and loses weight different. But if you stick to it it will work for you!! Good Luck!!
