14 tears old, need a good workout to tone arms legs and flatten stomach?

im 14 around 5'6 and weigh 120 pounds. I need a good workout to tone my arms and legs and lose some fat around my stomach. I can go to a gym but I have no idea what to do there. Next time I go I'll ask a trainer for help but I also need help from you guys. Summer's almost coming so I just want to get a little more in shape. My goal weight is to reaco 110 pounds, but no less than that Thanks. :]

You can't be anywhere near needing to lose weight if you are 5'6" and weigh 120. I am going to tell you the BEST way to lose weight/fat is to exercise aerobically. Like: running, elliptical machine, stair stepper, jumping rope, etc. Good luck but I don't think at 14 you should be worried about your TINY TINY amount of belly SKIN. I know that you should appreciate what you have because it will only go down hill when you get older.

maeagle is dumb. its called MUSCLE. i know people OVER 110 pounds, shorter than 5'6" with flat stomachs/abs.

is that a joke ????? at 5"6 ofcourse you can have a flat stomach !!!!! thats a healthy weight! so is 120 pounds btw but if you want to tone up then swim its great it makes your stomach get really toned I swim 3 times a week and im happy with the way I look good luck and remember to be sensible with the amount you do (dont over do it) and most importantly have fun :) - going with friends can help too I swim for a club and so I made loads of friends which made it fun

ok the girl above me sounds really mean or something! if u get seventeen magizeans and look in their exercise section they really help! even lifting 5 lb. weights on both arms. repetitivly for around 10 min each day will tone ur arms.. and build strong shoulders! Even if u dont have a body ball, get a soccer ball and lay down and put it in the middle of ur back and do sit ups that way so u r flexing ur upper and lower abbs. running is a great and fun way to tone ur legs

first of all.... there is no such thing as "toning" muscles.... you can only build them and make them bigger. Diet is your number one priority..... when you get that in check your abs will start showing on their own. just keep healthy diet... no macdonalds or any of that sh!t and do cardio.... jog a mile or 2 a few times a week.
