How to lose belly fat fast? 2 months? ?

  • I have 2 months until my senior trip and I would like to lose about 10 pounds and be 98 pounds. I have a tiny belly and I really want to lose it. It wont be easy for 10 pounds is a lot of weight to loose...but it's not impossible! Since you have only 2 months, you have to focus in your goal and don't let fatty and sugary food to get in your way. You have to do cardio workout everyday if possible ( if you do it 5-6 times per week its good too. ) And everyday do a small series of abdominal workouts...if you do 50 - 70 repetitions per day you wont get abs...you will get a toned belly, which is different. Don't eat sugar at all...not on weekends, holidays,etc...because sugar prevents that skin in your belly to stick together in order to be toned and flat. Don't eat fat at all, the only fat you can eat is the fat that comes in cereals, nuts, and other produce. Drink lots of water. Prefer water rather than soda and anrtificially flavoured juices. Replace snacks you eat at school with fruits, eat lots of salad and grilled chicken, salmon, etc. Prefer protein such as chiken and fish rather than carbs such as bread and pasta. (You can eat pasta once in a while as long as you know it is fat free prepared). Good luck :)
