How can I easily lose weight in a healthy way?

I'm 5'6" and about 130 pounds. Last year around Christmas I was 108, which probably wasn't all that healthy, but still. I'm in track so I've been getting exercise, but it makes me really hungry so I've been eating more. I can feel more fat around my tummy and it bothers me so badly. I'm not overweight or anything, I just want to know how I can change my diet or get rid of the extra fat in a healthy way. I've heard of detox diets to clean the body, but I don't know the best way to go about this, I'm open to anything inventive! Thanks for any suggestions

Well really if you need to eat... its good. However dont eat what is unnecassary such as junk food. And if you do eat more. ensure you exercise more than your energy intake.

I wouldn't suggest you lose any weight. You should eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Eat fish and chicken, red meat is okay but not often. Stay away from sugars. Stay away from white bread and anything that has a lot of carbs. I would do 10 minute ab workouts daily. In all honesty I think you're fine and it's probably all in your head.
