Best way to get stronger arms and chest.?

I am nearly 18 and not that strong, I have been dieting the last 3 month and lost 19 pounds (lbs). Now that I have lost most of the fat I want, I want to get muscle. What is the best way to get stronger arm and chest muscles, the reason I want stronger chest muscles is because I want to get rid of my moobs (they have went down quite a bit since losing the 19 pounds, but I want them even less) and stronger arms because basically I'm weak. I started on my muscle regime on Friday, I could only do 6 push ups (I know embarrassing) but now I can do 12, I try to do 8 sets of however many I can (so I do on average 80 push ups a day now) but what other exercises are out there =) Thank you =)
