-
Im a male 18 years old and 5"8 i weigh 150lbs. Im 10.2 percent bodyweight. I want to get that six pack(so far i kinda got a 2 pack) and then bulk up a little bit as im already toned. I drink a protein shake already and next month i want to start lifting heavy and eating more. Im currently on a 1400 calorie diet for my six pack. Is that to little ? How many calories should i eat to get a little bit bigger but still finsh off my six pack ? I weight lift 3x a week and do cardio for 40 min after. I also do HIIT 2x a week and work on my abs the same day.

Answer:
Dont try to starve your self Divide your meals for eg. 2 hours interval of little snacks (almonds, chicken breasts) Don't try to eat all at once. And btw try cardio in the morning without eating anything.
