Loose weight in an healthy way?

I need help! whats a fast healthy way to get fit and loose weight quick!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?

  • im about 5'9 or 5'10 and i weight in the 170 range . i dont feel im neccisarily fat or overweight. but my stomach bothers me its flabby and gross and my thighs too. but i want to know what is a fast easy way to tighten up my legs and stomach and loose wight..and what is a healthy diet !?!!? summer is comingand i want to be able to wear a swimsuit comfortably and my goal is to get my belly button peirced..so do any of you know good ways . that have actually worked for you !?!!?!?!

    Ah man! Yoga! A balanced diet: Look for foods that have not been processed: brown rice (experiment until you find a good brand) oatmeal, whole grain breads, etc. Lots of fruits and veggies, do you like soy and tofu? message me because I need to know what kinds of things you are eating now.

im in the same range! we are around the same size except im more in the 175-180 range. the small meals every few hours worked for me. also, what i did that really helped...i drinked hot green tea several times a day like 40 going north! i mean GULPING IT (decaf of course) also little stuff add up. like walk instead of driving. ooohh. wanna know what worked for my thighs? doin the ellipitical machine for a half hour in intervals. it makes your legs look beautiful and it will tighten up those thighs! good luck! i know what youre goin through because im goin through the same thing!

theres no fast miracle cause you would end up getting it all back later but ill say that iuf you cant necessarily get that body this summer, work over the winter and you'll see! gooooooodluckk! im just gonna say run, water, eat alot of meals (smalllll portions), eat healthyy, doooont starve yourself!, that causes ur metabolism to slow down and og into fat-storage mode, makes u fatter so eat what you want, whenever your HUNGRY, dont eat for the heck of it, which you probably dont!! but im just sayinggg. try yoga/ pilaties, because they strenghthen your body and tone it, since ur already at a good weight! gooodluck goodluck goodluck!

well i do 80 sit ups per day now and i have a pretty slim stomach. I'm still trying to look for a way to slim down my thighs. x
