How To Reduce Fat?

How do you reduce fat from the stomach area only?

  • My face I like the way it is, and the rest of my body is pretty fit... But then my stomach has this layer of fat and I can never get rid of it. I mean, I did change my complete diet one summer and ate a lot less than I normally did and drank only water/milk for 2 months... My stomach got much flatter but still had some a layer of fat that would never leave... Now, i usually drink water or tea, stopped eating pop-tarts and cut drastically on cookies...my stomach is eh right now but I want it to be fit...no fat, yet no ribs showing etc. I'm almost 17 and I'm a male. My BMI is in the normal range but it like 1-2 blocks away from overweight so I want to lower that. When eating, what should I look for that makes my stomach bigger...what contributes to a fit body (without making my face look really skinny) Thanks.

I'm sorry bro, but there is no such thing as "targeting" areas to lose weight, you lose weight throughout your entire body when your losing weight.
