How to get rid of belly fat and love handles?

  • Since mid April I've lost about 40-50 pounds. I look a lot better but I still have some fat to get rid of. It is a layer of fat on top my abs. I don't know if it's baby fat or just hard to get rid of. And my love handles. They are not horrible but I hate them. I want to look good for the summer so I want to get rid of all of these things. I'm 15. 5'10.151 but my weight differs from day to day. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. I do everything except abs and seldom do cardio. My diet is pretty good I think. I don't eat junk except sometimes. You got to live life sometimes and enjoy things. What exercises should I do to get rid of my extra fat? Thanks.

Stubborn belly fat is very hard to lose, even for very thin people. You need to reduce or avoid your intake of junk sugar as in sweets, desserts, cakes, cookies and biscuits. CARDIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!… Cut out sodas, energy drinks, coffees, candies (well except Snickers, cuz let's be honest we all know that'll never happen) also eat lots of green veggies. If you want to have a 6pack do sit-ups, contrary to popular belief they don't burn much fat, they only build muscle. also be smart about proportion sizes, you can eat at chipotle, just don't eat 4 burritos... you get my point
