Hoping to get fit for summer?

  • im hoping to get fit for summer and i need some advice. i can go to the gym mabey 5 times a week and i can also do stuff at home(mainly pushups curlups etc. i do have 5lbs weights and leg weights) i dont run very much but i can walk my dog or somthing. i mainly want to lose up to 2 inches but want to lose at least half an inch in my abdomanals. i also want to work on my arms and thighs if possible. the gym i go to is just a ymca. anyone have any advice to help me get fit for summer?
