im skinny and i wanted to get fat. i used to eat 4 times a day and i take vitamins everyday but still not gaining weight.. i wanted to get fat and healthy to look at.. but how??

Nuts, cheese,milk, bananas and avocados are all healthy ways to gain weight. Nuts in particular are great cos they're VERY calorific and you don't feel like you're eating too much. Adding cheese to your meals is also great way to gain and there are very few meals which don't go with cheese (none in my opinion.) Eating every 3 hours is very good for you. If you can't manage big meals, try to eat something healthy with carbs, protein and fats at least every couple of hours. Good luck. X

Eat at Mc Donalds, Burger King, Milkshakes, donuts, Mac and cheese, pork, baked potatoes slathered in butter and sour cream. Banana splits, sundaes, grilled cheese sandwiches, pastas, alfredos, and anything fried, or deep fried. Becoming a couch potato also helps. Eat popcorn, drink regular sodas and chips. Granny, LOL. You are my kind friend. A friend makes others laugh and feel good about it. As long as your healthy, don't worry about it. Better to be slim than chubby. Eat lot's of fruit and vegetables and don't eat too much red meat. Banana's are a healthy way add calories. Don't eat to much ice cream. Healthy is more beautiful than other thing cause it will show through your eyes and skin. Radiant sparkling eyes, and radiant skin without putting all that **** on your face. The main thing is be healthy and beautiful inside. Lot's of love to you.

It's not good to be fat. You can be skinny and healthy . Try ensure it's good for you and it's delicious it's a milkshake and has many flavors. It's actually better to be skinny and healthy not fat and health because you still have fat and it's hard to lose.I would still take vitamins just for the protein to be healthier and stronger.

Raise your calory intake slighty and eat more cheese,milk,egg,nuts and yogurt and stuff like that.DO NOT start eatting millions of junk food,that could not make you any fatter but clog your arteries and cause heart problems later in life. Still do everything the same as your doing,but eat more milk and cheese etc. If this does not work or you dont gain any wait,maybe get some advice from your GP. Good luck :)

Honestly, I have a friend who weighs 100lbs she is 5'6'' she has been trying to gain weight she tried protein shakes and eating a lot of food it just doesn work!!! So enjoy being being able to eat whatever however and whenever you want!!! I wish i had that problem...

this is interesting... not many ppl want to get fat. like you dont want to be OBESE or anything rihgt? just some meat on the bones?? dont exercise and eat all junk!!!
