Unfortunately there really is no "easy" way to lose weight. You have to cut back calories and exercise. But, you also have to look at what your lifestyle is like. If you find it hard to count calories join a plan like jenny craig or weight watchers where they tell you how many points things are and let you eat unlimited amounts of veggies and such. If working out is difficult just try adding walking into your day. Walk around your neighborhood. Mostly, when you want to lose weight you need to be committed to a lifestyle change that includes a healthy diet and exercise routine. "easiest" is a relative term. what's easy for me might be nearly impossible for someone else. eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink water, exercise at least 30 minutes each day. it's not complicated if you know what's good for you.

Eat better varieties of food. Throw all the junk food away. Eat only vegies, proteins, fruits and other things that are not dense in calories. Exercise, it's one of the most important things in losing weight and staying fit. Go sign up in a gym and have a trainer make a program for you especially designed for fat-loss. Goodluckkk. :)
