Healthy way to loose weight?

hey guys im 5'1 and 88 pounds and i wanna loose about 10 pounds before the summer. any suggestions on how to loose some weight?

first of all, I don't know how to work with pounds and inches, so I don't know if you're underweight or what. But here's some ways of loosing weight a healthy way: Eat HEALTHY! That means, lots of fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates and NO junk food (cake, burger, pizza etc.) Next you need to exercise: jog a minimum of 30 min each day, if you want to do more, add another 2 min (or longer) sprint. Do a minimum of 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups a day. Also if you want to jump rope, you'll need to do it fast for 10 min straight without pause. You also might want a friend of someone you can trust to help you out with this: like making sure you don't cheat.

If you think you need to lose weight you should contact your doctor to see if it is healthy. if your only 88 pounds I am guessing that you don't need to lose any more weight but your doctor can only tell.

Why would you want to lose weight. Do you want to be anerexic? If you're over 12 then your even below average I guess. You should be around 95 or 100. Anyways a healthy way is by running or doing yoga excersices. Here http://www.yogajournal.com/
