How to use listerine whitening rinse?

After you use Listerine mouth wash, are you supposed to rinse with water?

I have been using Listerine Advanced Antiseptic for the past 2 weeks, and Colgate total whitening tooth paste, however I am changing the types of wash and paste I use. I am switching to Crest 3D Whitening tooth paste, and then rinsing with Listerine Whitening Plus Restoring. After I brush my teeth should I rinse with water or the mouth wash and then water or no water at all? I have pretty white teeth but my problem is that I had braces so some of my teeth have spots and the back teeth aren't as white as the front teeth are. So I want to even everything out by using these products, I'm probably going to get Crest whitening strips or Listerine whitening strips too. I just never thought to rinse my mouth with Listerine in place of water. Is it even good to rinse with water?

I honestly don't think it matters i mean as long as you used the moutheash it already killed the germs. if you don't rinse youll just have the minty breathfeeling.
