• hi i was just wondering, how can you whiten the yellow in the dentin of the teeth. could this be done? Also are crest white strips bad for your teeth, like if you stop using them can they make your teeth worse like make your teeth yellower then before because you stop using them or can there be any other bad effects to your teeth other then the sensitivity it can cause? and what natural ways of whitening your teeth can be done to help, like i already know about baking soda, peroxide. like i want to know a way that wont destroy or harm the enamel. thanks alot.

  I use the Crest White Strips, the basic ones, to whiten my teeth. Although I've heard from a lot of people that they can cause your teeth to be very sensitive, this was not the case with me. The strips are used for two weeks, and at the end I did get whiter teeth. It's been six months and my teeth are starting to look a yellow again, so I'll probably buy another box soon. If you want a relatively quick fix and get white teeth, I would recommend them.
