How do root canals look?

My jaw and smile look different, jaw complications. Opinions, advice, HELP PLEASE!?

  • About a year ago, i started to get jaw pain and pain in my bottom lower teeth. After so many dentist visits and two root canals, the dumb*ss decided that it was time for me to get my wisdom teeth removed. I got my wisdom teeth removed 9 months ago. All four were impacted and pulled at the same time. No complications with that and it all healed fine. Well, about 4 or 5 months ago after it all healed, i started to get dull pain in my jaw, where the joint is. It gave me headaches and earaches. People tell me it could be TMJ and i think it's possible. Now, the pain comes and goes week to week but is less severe....now for what bothers me...I had braces when i was 13, i'm 18 now...when i put in my retainers, they go in good for the most part but my SMILE AND CHIN LOOK DIFFERENT, my teeth kind of do too...they are shifting or something...literally my chin is crooked now and my smile is just way different...the way it curves up and how my teeth and jaw and bone structure look. It's all pretty much a nightmare....ANY OPINIONS or ADVICE would be great. Thanks for your time.

hi friend,badly to say that there is no another way for your smile making as u like,because you did not cared about them at initial stage.But by applying mouth surgery you can do better,so sadit is the only option you have.BEST OF LUCK Thanks
