Am I taking too much Tylenol?

Is it ok to be taking this much motrin/tylenol?

  • i have been having teeth problems lately, and for about the last 3 weeks I have been taking mostly motrin to deal with the pain. I take on average 6 motrin a day, sometimes more, sometimes less, but is there in damage, or harm in taking mortin for this long?

    While prolonged use isn't too much of a threat to your health at high dosages you are putting yourself more and more at risk of its side effects. I would see a physician about your tooth troubles because they can proably solve. One way to safely numb oral pain is a product called colgate orabase. It is very good at safely numbing pain and is readily available at most pharmacies and online.

yea you could get problems with your liver taking to many pain killers too often

yeah, for awhile if you do it for awhile. I don't know the common conquences but I know it may cause your tummy to hurt. make sure you eat food with it. and you may want to talk to a doctor about it.

When I'm on my period I take much more than 6 a day, It IS bad for you - but not bad right now. It has potential to damage your liver and kidneys if taken for a long period of time. You need to see your dentist about your teeth, though. Get the problem under control :)
