Crest 3D white strips and brushing your my teeth?

Ok a while ago I asked about the white strips but I forgot to ask....when can I brush my teeth? It says its best not to brush your teeth immediately before using the strips...so when should I brush my teeth? How long before or after using the white strips should I brush my teeth? And is it best to use them as like a morning thing or what? Because I really want to brush my teeth because I feel like brushing them will mame things easier and not as gross...why do they not want you to brush your teeth right away?

Answer:
I don't know much about this, but once I whitened my teeth right after brushing. My gums were on fire. Maybe brushing makes the area temporarily sensitive.
