Start with a visit to the dentist for a full cleaning and polishing. This will give you the best place to start from. Then, once or twice a day for a week, try this: Brush with baking soda for a couple of minutes, spit out, and then gargle with a solution of half hydrogen peroxide and half water for another 5 minutes without rinsing the baking soda out of your mouth. Finally, re-brush your teeth as normal with toothpaste. Your teeth will be noticeably whiter and shiny!

Adjust the mouthpieces near your bottom and upper teeth; take a small drop of bleaching gel and place it on your teeth. 2. Push the set of mouthpieces to fit against the jaw and roof of your mouth. Ensure these are fitted correctly by comparing the position with the picture instructions on the kit. 4. As per the time mentioned on the teeth whitening kit, remove both the mouthpieces. 5. Now you can brush your teeth with your normal toothpaste. Brushing even with water is fine. 6. If needed, rinse your mouth with a mouthwash (or plain water) to clean any leftovers (bleaching material can cause a slight odor) of the remedy. 7. Check for issues like oversensitivity and even over-whitening. 8. Brush your teeth twice daily with your normal toothpaste.
