How can I get rid of the cigarette taste in my mouth?

  • I don't mind the taste since i am a smoker, but my girlfriend complains ever time we start messing around. i chew gum, use altoids, use mouthwash, brush my teeth, and she says she can still taste it and "it's icky" any other solutions?

when you brush your teeth do you brush your tongue.. thats where the cig taste lingers.. also wash around the outside of your mouth.. if that doesn't help then it's time 2 ask yourself whats more important the girl or the cigaboo..

Ok, I'll state the obvious...stop smoking... smoking is a huge factor in multiple systemic health problems as well as oral health problems such as periodontitis. And perio breath is worse than smoker's breath. good luck.
