Why is Wilson's mouth always covered up?

What are these sores in my mouth after going to the dentist?

  • This morning I went to the dentist and had a cavity filled and two crowns attached. In the area where the lidocaine was injected in my mouth I started to notice a few little bumps. As the anesthesia wore off I noticed I was getting more and more little bumps. When the anesthesia wore off completely the bumps started getting bigger. About 12 hours later, one whole side of the inside of my mouth is completely covered with bumps. They look like whiteheads. When I called the dentist, they said they've never seen that happen before. The last time I went to this dentist I got a cold sore on my lip. It's weird because this dentist office looks very neat and clean and I notice the dentists change their gloves a lot. Is it possible that it's canker sores or something more serious? What the heck is going on inside my mouth? It's actually hurting worse than the area where the work was done. It's hard to lay down on that side :(

  • Answer:

Gargle with warm salt water for 10 minutes. If that doesn't work. Take some Benadryl, you might have an allergic reaction to the shots..
