How can i get white teeth as fastest possible?

you should buy crest whitning strips, if you drink things like coffee or red wine - which i guess you don't - then it will stain your teeth, so stay away from those foods. Milk is good, but it was recently proven that it has way too much calcium which can be bad so don't drink milk too often. P.S. It is practically impossible to see the results next day, it will take some time but they will progress in weeks. Bon Chance! :)

I got my kids crest white strips for xmas and saw results the next day. But if you have sensitive teeth, don't use them. They also say, don't put the strips on right after you brush your teeth. They say twice a day on the package, but use only once if you're sensitive. If you feel pain at all, stop using it and it'll go away in a little while. They do work though.

Hey, i'm in the same boat as you. I'm 14, and my Hygiene is good, but the dentist always finds something to complain about.
