Mi paste vs. relief acp?

I ordered some opalescence tooth whitening gel online with custom trays. I have the 15% and wore it overnight once. My top two front teeth got really sensitive from it, so I want to buy a desensitivity gel before I use it again. I have found many brands, but mi paste plus and relief acp seem the best. Has anyone used these or any other brand that has worked during and after whitening?
