How do you get rid of the white stains on your teeth?

Hey my name is joe, i am 15 and i am in deseperate need to get white teeth and to get rid of my stains, HELP!?

  • I have had 2 stains on my front teeth ( Upper ) near my gums that i just cant get rid off, i accually started brushing my teeth constantly when i was 13, i brush twice a day, i went to the dentist and his said it was because of the area i used to live in. please help me , tell me how to get rid of these stains asap

    rinse your mouth out with diluted peroxide after brushing you teeth do so twice a week.
