How can I get my teeth whiter, without damaging them?

I want to get whiter teeth, because I'm always selfconsious of them, and worryng that they aren't white enough, but I don't want to remove the enamal or damage them in any way. HELP!! I'd also like a cheep way of doing it if that's possible, thanks :)

You can go to the dentist to clean them and then after that use whitening toothpaste. Thats exactly what i done after i got my braces off.

I use crest 3D whitening toothpaste and mouthwash. It works wonders! Especially if you use it once in the morning and once in the night, minimum. You should use it three times a day if you can, but you only need to use the mouthwash once daily. Try to stay away from whitening strips and stuff like that, because that actually burns a layer of your tooth off. Hope this helped!! :D
