THE MAIN THING THEY USE ON ANY KIND OF TOOTH WHITENER IS HYDROGEN PEROXIDE IT DOES YOU CAN DO IT EVERY DAY FOR ABOUT A WEEK OR SO BUT DONT USE IT AS MUCH EITHER! LIKE ANY OTHER TOOTH WHITENER IT CAUSES ABRASION! BUT I HAVE USED IT MY SELF AND IT DOES WORK! SO TRY IT IF NOT GO FOR THE ZOOM!

Any whiteners that are available in stores will be very abrasive on your teeth. I buy mine from the dentist's office. If you do buy this product, do a trial test & leave on for maybe 10 minutes. You may experience dental discomfort so try before you go too far with it.
