I don't want to wash my teeth now because it might leave a mark when I do take off my braces, and whitening strips are much cheaper than going to the dentist and washing my teeth. Do the whitening strips work?

    Definitely, but I would recommend you having your teeth cleaned first right after your braces come off. Than use the bleaching strips.

They work very well. I use them about every 18 months or so and am very very happy with the results. You'll notice them working after two or three days.

hi. depending on your preference, like the convenience of the dissolving strip - i have another suggestion.. what i do, i use the 5 minute bleaching gel, after that i put some kleenex (a couple layers) over it, covers it COMPLETELY, i have sensitive gums, so ive found it bleaches BRIGHTER and keeps it from touching your lip or gums.
