Answer:
Rinsing your mouth first lets you either swallow or spit out all the food, etc., that is loose. Then, you can concentrate on flossing the places where there is food stuck and brushing everywhere. It's sort of like rinsing the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I usually wet the toothbrush so it is wet because my mouth is already wet with saliva and I like to use a totally wet brush head. So, if you have a choice, rinse your mouth, then wet the brush. If you can do only one, rinse your mouth. If it is working out for you the way you are doing now, there is no reason to change. The whole point is to get your mouth and tongue and teeth brushed to remove plaque.

Yeah, if you wet your teeth the tooth paste will get more foamy when brushing, if you don't, your teeth will just be covered in toothpaste.
My feeling on rinsing before you brush would be to help loosen debris around the gums and helps to kill bacteria. I use peroxide as a mouth wash and bacteria killer and also to help whiten my teeth. I brush after the rinse with tooth paste and rinse my mouth again with peroxide after brushing. I feel it gives me total care against colds and viruses too. Never had any sores in my mouth and feel some protection.
No, if your mouth is wet, I don't think it makes a difference, unless you use something like mouthwash to rinse. I still don't think it makes that much of a difference.
I dont think it makes a difference. Somewhere I read that before brushing with toothpaste it is good to brush with a dry tooth brush idk if that is true.
