Sharp pain in my tooth, help?

Pain infection tooth! please help?

Does the "Orajel Mouth Sore Medicine" helps for a tooth pain ? My tooth pain so much and It doesen't let me sleep because of the pain, The filling came off and now I have a huge hole on my tooth. I went to the dentist last monday and they told me to wait 2 more weeks and I have no idea what to do or how to stop the tooth pain anyone please help me out . what can I eat? :( I have a infection and a lot of cavities is that the reason why it hurts or why doesn't the pain goes away I've tried so many things and I even tried pain pills and it does not help :(
