How do I get rid of this metallic taste in my mouth?

Omg! i have a horrible after taste in my mouth. how do i get rid of it.?

• after i ate a zone energy bar i got this horrible after taste in my mouth. for almost a week now. yes, i brush my teeth twice a day. ive used mouth wash ive even tried scapping it off my tounge with a knife. after everything i eat it taste like that and im so sick of it it will not go away omg please help

  you've had it for a week? that's really strange! maybe you're just associating this bad taste with the bar, when in fact you have something like acid reflux which could cause a permanent bad taste in your mouth. have you tried antacids? also, for immediate relief from the taste, maybe try some candy/gum? hope it helps!
