Teeth continue to move forward with age. If your only problem is small gaps, don't bother with braces. They gaps will close. Invisalign for the top only will cost between $3000-4000. The time depends on your own teeth, but my treatment took half the time they expected -- 5 months instead of 12. Everyone's insurance is different. You will need to call the number on the back of your card to determine if it covers braces at all.
